I have always had positive experiences at this location it’s my favorite one to go to. Today I went and placed drive thru mobile order but went inside instead to pick up a birthday gift and one of the employees really stood out. He was so friendly and had great customer service. I wish I gotten his name but he will knows exactly who he is. He really set my day to a positive note and I think positive customer service experience in the mornings is so so important as it really does set everyone’s day. So I just want to say a huge thank you to him and to all the others too they welcomed me in. But I wish I could do something extra for him I paid with card so I was able to tip but I feel like it wasn’t enough. I hope he gets praised for his energetic friendliness.

This place is absolutely amazing! I’m blind/visually impaired and they accommodated me in ways most places don’t. They lead me to the line and had me trail the bar, they told me how many people were in front of me and even gave me a some to-go bags so I can walk back with my cane. They deserve so much for this!

I refuse to go to a very left leaning establishment that has gone so WOKE they have lost over half of the population. They are anti-gun. Their employees get on Facebook and cry & complain about how hard they work. I don't believe that a small PLAIN coffee is worth $7. I could go on, but I think you've got the msg. I will be drinking my coffee at home for roughly $1.00 a cup and tip myself.

The ladies that worked there when I visited were amazing, the cashier gave me a perfect and pretty specific recommendation based on my preferences and the barista made sure to ask me if I wanted a stopper because she saw I was taking it out. They were so thoughtful and attentive.

The staff was absolutely amazing, upbeat and positive even though they only had one working espresso machine. And they were double busy because it was Saturday morning and they were the closest coffee shop to the playoff games.

There is an individual at the drive thru taking my order that was a complete witch responses such as “what?!” “What else?” With anything i said. Got 2/4 correct on my order. Was just all in all a horrible experience with the individual.
